If I am handling the closing of a property in Reserve at Bridgefield HOA, how do I find out if the property owes HOA dues or fines?
Contact the board. Be sure to indicate the name of your company, your company’s physical address and your company’s website address. In your request for information, please include the address of the property, anticipated closing date, and names of the new owners.
Note: Dues are to be paid in full by each property by 1 July of each year. The HOA fiscal year runs from 1 July to 30 June.
Do I need to contact the HOA if I want to install a pool, put up a fence, perform new construction, or make any exterior changes to my property?
Yes. Our neighborhood has restrictive covenants with architectural standards for each lot’s exterior appearance. Residents must send, in writing, their plans for any proposed exterior changes or new construction to the Architectural Control Committee which has 30 days to disapprove it. A Property Improvement Request Form can be found on the Simple HOA Guidelines page.
